LC overturns UD award on appeal in decision that reaffirms Court will not re-investigate a matter

This appeal before the Labour Court relates to a constructive dismissal claim under the Unfair Dismissal Act,1977. The Adjudicator found the Claimant to be unfairly dismissed and that the Claimant acted reasonably in deciding to terminate his employment but noted he had made no effort to mitigate his losses. The Adjudicator awarded the Claimant €15,000.
