Pharmacist wins €20,000 after WRC finds Part Time Work status hindered promotion
The WRC has ordered to a large public health organisation to pay €20,000 compensation to a Senior Pharmacist after she was subjected to indirect discrimination on the grounds of family status and gender after her application for an advanced specialist pharmacist post was rejected due to her part‑time working pattern.
