AI and Submission Writing - recent case sees WRC double down on its guidance
The use of AI by Claimants before the WRC is not a new phenomenon. The recent case of Ferko v Beyond Reach Limited is an example of the WRC enforcing the guidelines on the use of AI in submissions that the Commission published in October of 2025.
