Early Years services ERO effective from 15 September

The ERO(s) for the Early Years sector oblige all Early Years services to pay their staff rates that are no less favourable than those outlined in the ERO(s). Employees do not have any entitlement to backdated pay (before the enacted date) unless the provider has contractually agreed to this.
