WRC award €120,000 to Account Manager made redundant during Teams meeting
An employee made redundant without warning during a ten minute long Microsoft Teams remote meeting during a COVID-19 lockdown has been awarded €120,000 by the Workplace Relations Commission for his unfair dismissal.
