Labour Court overturns Award for Debenhams worker
In a ruling, the Labour Court has upheld appeals by Debenhams Ireland (in liquidation) against a WRC ruling that the retailer had breached collective redundancy information and consultation law, in a decision aligned with a High Court ruling from earlier this year (2025).
