WRC rejects Operative's constructive dismissal claim over failure to use internal procedures

A general operative who claimed he had been replaced while out on certified sick leave for knee surgery has lost a constructive dismissal claim before the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), after an Adjudication Officer ruled that his failure to engage with HR or exhaust internal grievance mechanisms proved fatal to his case.
