- How to manage volunteers with respect to legal obligations (whether casual fundraisers, elected officers, voluntary board members)
- The definition of employee and avoiding situations of quasi-employment
- Drafting and/or updating your Volunteer Charter
- Taking on any Transition Year students, or work shadowing for under-18s relating to the Protection of Young Persons (Employment) Act 1996
