Ibec's HR Leadership Summit 2026 takes place on Wednesday, 21 October at the RDS, bringing together senior HR decision-makers to explore this year's theme: Trust: The human capital imperative. 

As organisations navigate relentless change, trust has become the foundation for strong leadership, engaged teams and sustainable growth. This year's programme will explore how HR leaders can build and protect that trust and why in a new technological age it matters more than ever.

This challenge extends far beyond the traditional boundaries of people management, unfolding at a time of global volatility, across macro business issues including security and resilience. In an era of mis/disinformation, trust can be easily fractured, and HR leaders are on the front lines - where cultivating internal trust is no longer just a cultural goal but a critical strategic shield against external instability.

Delegate cancellation policy

Any cancellations of delegate seats received in writing up to 5 business days prior to the event are refundable. Cancellation of table bookings for groups of 10 or more require 1 calendar month notice in writing. All bookings are provisional until full payment is received.
