Colin Hunt was appointed Chief Executive Officer of AIB and an Executive Director on the AIB Board in March 2019. He joined AIB in August 2016 as Managing Director, Wholesale, Institutional & Corporate Banking Division.
Before joining AIB, he was Managing Director at Macquarie Capital, where he led the development of its business in Ireland. Previously, he was a Special Policy Adviser at the Departments of Transport and Finance, Research Director and Chief Economist at Goodbody Stockbrokers, Head of Trading Research and Senior Economist at Bank of Ireland Group Treasury and a country risk analyst at NatWest.
Colin has a PhD in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin and degrees in Commerce & Economics from University College, Cork. He served as a Non-Executive Director of Aer Lingus Group plc from 2008 to 2014. Colin is a Board member of The Ireland Funds, Ireland Chapter, and was President 2021/2022 of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.
Dr Colman Noctor is a Psychotherapist and university lecturer at SETU Waterford, the best-selling author of ‘Cop On’ and ‘The 4-7 Zone’, an Irish Examiner columnist. Colman’s special interest is The Impact of Technology on Mental Health and Workplace Wellbeing. Danny McCoy is Chief Executive Officer of Ibec since 2009. Ibec is Ireland’s largest business representative organisation and the country’s largest lobbying group. It has over 330 staff in nine locations and has 39 sectoral brands with substantial presence within the European Union through Ibec’s Brussels office. He is a member of the Irish Tripartite Labour Employer Economic Forum (LEEF).
He is a Member of the Royal Irish Academy, a Knight of the Order of the Star of Italy, Honorary Fellow of the Irish Academy of Engineers, Adjunct Professor Trinity College Dublin Business School and Vice President of the Statistical & Social Inquiry Society of Ireland and Independent Non Executive Director of Iput Real Estate. He is also the recipient of the Trinity European Laureate Award in recognition of his contribution to business in Europe, to economic thought and to public life.

David G. Collings (PhD) is Professor of Business at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. He previously held academic appointments at the University of Sheffield, and Dublin City University and visiting appointments at King’s College London, Nanyang Business School, Singapore, and Cornell University as a Fulbright Research Scholar.
His research, teaching and consulting interests focus on talent management, global mobility, and the future of work with a particular focus on skills-based approaches to HR. He research has been published in leading academic journals and in the Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. He has edited 13 books, including The Oxford Handbook of Talent Management. A recent Stanford led study ranked him in the top 2% of scholars in business and management globally based on citations. He has been named as one of the most influential thinkers in the field of HR by HR Magazine on five occasions. He regularly consults with leading organisations across multiple sectors. A regular contributor to media, his work has been cited in media outlets including the BBC, Forbes, Financial Times, RTE, and the Wall Street Journal.

Julien Jourdan is Professor of Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris. He teaches management and leadership across the PhD, MSc, and MBA programs.
His research examines reputation, legitimacy, and other social evaluations of organizations. In particular, he studies how stakeholders evaluate organizations in institutionally complex environments and how these evaluations influence organizational behaviour, strategy, and performance. His work has appeared in leading journals, including American Journal of Sociology, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, and Strategy Science. He currently serves as Senior Editor at Organization Studies.
Before joining HEC Paris, he held faculty appointments at Imperial College London, Bocconi University, and PSL–Paris Dauphine. Prior to academia, he worked as a finance executive at a major film studio, an experience that continues to inform his interest in creative industries.
Lisa van der Werff is a Professor of Organisational Psychology and Associate Dean of Research at Dublin City University Business School. Her research interests lie in the areas of trust development and workplace transitions including a focus on trust in the context of relationships with people, organisations and disruptive technologies. Lisa leads an interdisciplinary research group called trustLAB as part of DCU Institute of Business & Society. She is the Deputy Editor in Chief of Journal of Trust Research, sits on the ALLEA European Taskforce for Trust in Science and is the President of FINT (www.fintweb.org), an international network of trust scholars.
