Pay Transparency Update: Pay Transparency Directive transposition delayed
In a response published earlier this week (Tuesday 26 May) to a parliamentary question asking if the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality, would make a statement in relation to the Pay Transparency Directive and the difficulties for Ireland in the transposition of that directive into Irish Law, a statement from the Minister confirmed that the Directive would not be transposed by the transposition deadline of 7 June.
