Ibec Academy / Building your skills and knowledge

Our programmes include a range of accredited, impactful and practical management and leadership programmes addressing those trends that are now shaping the future of work in areas such as diversity and inclusion, managing change, remote and hybrid work, environmental, social & governance (ESG), strategy, innovation and employee wellbeing. We constantly update our programmes to ensure we cover emerging trends in industry and can be applied in practice. Our strategic partnership with Technological University Dublin means that many of our courses are also accredited, giving you a recognised award, as well as building your skills and knowledge. Over 5,700 managers were developed in 2023.
