WRC procedures post Supreme Court Judgement
The Supreme Court has delivered its judgment in the case of Zalewski v Workplace Relations Commission & Others [2020] IESC 000. In 2018, the High Court dismissed the constitutional challenge to the Workplace Relations Act 2015 (the Act) brought by Mr Zalewski, who then appealed the decision.
