LGBT+
The last two decades have witnessed important social progress for the LGBT+ community in Ireland, including legislating for marriage equality for same-sex couples. While societal attitudes towards LGBT+ people have improved significantly over this period, many members of the LGBT+ community feel unable to bring their whole selves to work and unable to be open about their sexual orientation and other aspects of their lives in the workplace.
