AsIAm, Ireland’s Autism charity, advocates for the rights and inclusion of the Autistic community. AsIAm and IBEC have developed a roadmap on increasing Autistic participation in the workforce by 2030, with a particular focus on creating equitable employment opportunities. This article explores how workplaces can adapt to better support autistic employees and highlights the Employment Partnership Programme offered by AsIAm to assist businesses on this journey.
