Ireland has made some real progress on gender equality over the last number of decades. We’ve seen significant changes in both the personal and professional lives of women.  However, since the #MeToo movement, and throughout the pandemic, a real spotlight has been shone on how fragile some of that hard won progress is.

In this Ibec Voices episode we will be exploring a transformative approach to promoting gender equality and preventing sexual harassment in both the personal and professional spheres.

We are joined by Dr Kara McGann, Ibec Head of Social Policy, and Jackson Katz Ph.D., educator and thought leader, internationally renowned for his pioneering scholarship and activism on issues of gender, race and violence.
