EU publishes draft Guidelines on classification of High-Risk Systems - Consultation open until 23 June
On 19 May, the European Commission issued its highly anticipated draft guidelines clarifying the classification of artificial intelligence (AI) high-risk systems and a list of practical examples for stakeholder feedback.
The guidelines will support AI providers and deployers in assessing whether their system is high-risk or not.
