Ibec has received confirmation from the Department of Children, Disability and Equality that the pre-employment obligations in the Pay Transparency Directive that are set out in the General Scheme of the Equality (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2024 will now be transposed into Irish law via the Pay Transparency Bill.
