Trust and Transparency in an Evolving Workplace was the theme of Ibec’s Annual Employment Law Conference 2026, held in the Dublin Royal Convention Centre on 23 April.
This year’s conference, “Trust and Transparency in an Evolving Workplace”, which brought over 400 senior HR professionals together and was moderated by broadcaster and digital entrepreneur Áine Kerr, explored the core drivers reshaping the modern employment law landscape.
