The Department of Children, Disability and Equality last year officially launched the Gender Pay Gap Portal, a central reporting database designed to bring clarity and accountability to the Irish workforce. Early adopters can upload today before it becomes a legal requirement for all in-scope employers in the 2026 reporting cycle.
