Labour Court rejects handheld device allowance claim from craftworkers
In a notable ruling for public sector industrial relations, the Labour Court has rejected a demand by unions representing 900 Health Service Executive (HSE) craftworkers for a €750 annual allowance following the rollout of tablets and mobile phones.
