This high-level, 90-minute executive briefing will convene senior leaders from across business, government and infrastructure delivery to examine Ireland’s progress in accelerating critical infrastructure and, importantly, how delivery can be further scaled to meet growing national demand.
The event will open with a welcome from Ibec, followed by a keynote fireside conversation between Minister Jack Chambers and Ibec CEO Danny McCoy. This session will explore reforms, investment progress over the past six months, and the policy and delivery priorities required to move from momentum to meaningful acceleration.
Building on these insights, a panel of leading experts from industry and infrastructure delivery bodies will reflect on the discussion and share practical perspectives on unlocking delivery at pace and scale. The panel will focus on key challenges and opportunities, including improving the transition from planning approval to on-the-ground execution, strengthening public-private collaboration, and ensuring the systems and capabilities required to deliver critical infrastructure efficiently.
Our expert panel includes:
- Maria O’Dwyer, Infrastructure Delivery Director, Uisce Éireann
- John Coleman, CEO, Land Development Agency
