Genevieve is a Management Development Consultant, Executive Coach and Mental Health & Well-being professional trainer. Her specialist areas include programmes which focus on Leadership and Team Development, Change Management and Mental Health and Well-being. Genevieve develops and delivers bespoke leadership and people management programmes for companies. As a senior trainer with Ibec Academy, she currently provides a broad range of management training, coaching and mentoring for teams and individuals bringing together her academic learnings and understanding of the business world to support companies and managers in overcoming the challenges of managing a successful team/business.
Prior to starting her own learning and development business, she had a very successful and varied career as a Senior Manager in financial services which included over 30 years in retail banking, leadership, change implementation/management and operations management.
Paula Cogan is CEO at Cognate Health a role which she commenced during a global pandemic in September 2020. Cognate Health is a leading provider of Occupational Health Services throughout Ireland and is currently expanding into UK and EMEA. Services include a range of on site and virtual medical services for employees of large MNCs, SMEs as well as Government bodies and Educational Institutes.
Paula has recently been appointed to the board of daa and sits on the governing body of MTU (Munster Technological University) and The Glucksman Gallery at UCC. She completed her primary and postgraduate studies at UCC and in 2015 undertook a Diploma in International Sales and Marketing at Cornell University. A huge advocate for lifelong learning, in 2021 Paula completed a diploma in Corporate Governance and is currently completing a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion at MTU.
She served as President of Cork Chamber from 2018 to May 2022 and is the second female to serve in that role for 205 years.
Mary is the Staff Support in Milford Care Centre, helping staff reflect on work practices and build resilience and offering individual and group support sessions. She also provides a body of resources and a Wellness Together model of self-care.
An I.A.C.P. accredited psychotherapist in private practice for 19 years, Mary has been a supervisor and EAP worker in the field of psychotherapy and health Care professionals for 10 years. She is also a lecturer on the Doctoral programme in Clinical Psychology in the University of Limerick.
Kevin Dunleavy is an experienced Human Resources Director, with a strong finance background, with 30 years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing operations at a Plant, Region and Global level. He has worked for KPMG, Baxter, The Coca-Cola Company and Hollister ULC. Working with The Coca-Cola Company for 22 years, he lived and worked in China, Singapore and the USA. He now leads the HR Team for Hollister ULC, a medical device company which employs almost 1,000 associates in Ballina, Co. Mayo.

Nicola is the HR Business Partner for the Ostomy plant in Hollister ULC based in Ballina, Co. Mayo. As a member of the plant leadership team Nicola partners with the business leaders to help build and grow their team’s capability, to plan and manage talent and to help create opportunities for professional growth, in order to achieve the business objectives.
Nicola has 27 years’ experience with Hollister and has spent the last 13 years in HR related roles. Nicola understands the business from manufacturing, training and HR.
Due to the high level of absence over a number of years, it was identified that a more focused approach was needed in manging absence within the company and a cross functional project team was established which Nicola led.
Nicola holds a BA in Human Resource Management (CIPD accredited) from ATU Mayo Campus formerly known as GMIT Mayo.
