New spotlight on working time records as employee awarded €20,000 for excessive hours

In the Labour Court case of Stablefield Limited vs Ana Lacramioara Manciu (DWT1924), the complainant appealed an Adjudication Officer decision in relation to three breaches of her entitlements under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. These were specifically in relation to the maximum working week, annual leave and public holiday entitlements.

How do the travel restrictions and new hotel quarantine rules affect business?
