New Work Placement Experience Programme
The Government's new WPEP is a 6-month, 30 hour per week, work experience programme aimed at jobseekers out of work for six months or more who will receive €306 weekly from Social Protection. It encourages businesses to provide jobseekers with workplace skills to help them find employment. Employers hosting these placements will benefit from €7,956 in payroll savings over the 26 weeks.
