Irish Government likely to transpose the EU Platform Work Directive into national law through secondary legislation (ministerial regulations)
In a formal response addressed to the Oireachtas in recent months, the Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment stated that while essential legal advice was required due to the technical complexity of the issue, the current expectation is that transposition will be handled via secondary legislation.
