High Court finds the Labour Court erred in its application of EWC legislation
A recent High Court judgment in the case of Charpentier v Verizon Ireland Ltd [2025] IEHC 628 effectively overturns the previous stance taken by the Labour Court, which had limited the scope of EWC disputes it would hear.
