Addressing skills gaps and labour shortages through inter-generational collaboration and AI adoption

Over 400 HR professionals gathered in Dublin on October 22^nd last for the 25^th annual Ibec HR Leadership Summit. Entitled ‘GenWise: Fusing Skills, AI & Generations’, the event brought together some of the world’s leading exports on artificial intelligence (AI) and workforce development.
