Government to formally consider Low Pay Commission recommendations on a potential increase in National Minimum Wage in advance of Budget Day
Reacting to recent reports that the Low Pay Commission is expected to recommend to the Government an increase of between 4.5% and 5% to the National Minimum Wage, the Minister for public expenditure Jack Chambers has said that any LPC proposals will be formally considered in advance of Budget Day on October 7th.
