Pay transparency requirements and changes to time limits for discrimination claims feature in the new Equality (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill
The General Scheme of the Equality (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2024, published on 15 January 2025, will, amongst other things, amend the Employment Equality Act 1998, as amended, (“the 1998 Act”) and transpose a number of the requirements of the Pay Transparency Directive.
