Since the first Pride March in 1974, the Dublin Pride Festival has turned into a brilliant week-long festival that covers the city in rainbows. Now June has firmly established itself as pride month on the island of Ireland, with LGBTQ+ festivals, parades and other events taking place around the island throughout the year.

What started small has evolved into a loud, proud and thoughtful declaration.

Our event will unite leaders from the business sector and broader society to discuss LGBT+ people in leadership roles, the evolution of corporate participation in Pride, share personal stories of this journey, and explore the positive impact businesses can have during this important month.
