Labour Court online portal opens for submitting appeals and some referrals

The Labour Court have recently launched a new online portal to lodge appeals and referrals. In launching the portal, the Labour Court also published a user guide to assist parties in lodging an appeal or referral. Members are reminded that appeals of an Adjudication Officer’s decision must be submitted to the Labour Court within 42 days of the date of the decision.
