WRC publishes Guide to tips and service charges rule changes
Since the Payment of Wages (Amendment) (Tips and Gratuities) Act 2022 came into force at the beginning of December, employers are required to display information on how tips, gratuities and mandatory charges are shared or distributed among staff.
