Worker whose employer changed following a transfer of undertakings process fails in redundancy payments claim.
The Labour Court on appeal upheld an earlier WRC Adjudication Officer decision when it ruled that an employee was not entitled to a redundancy payment under the Redundancy Payments Act, 1967 following a Transfer of Undertakings Process.
