Payment of Wages (Tips and Gratuities) Act 2022
The Payment of Wages (Tips and Gratuities) Act 2022 came into effect on 1 December 2022. It amended the Payment of Wages Act 1991, the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994 and the Workplace Relations Act 2015.
