Driver’s award for 20 years of retrospective payment for annual leave overturned by the Labour Court
In recent weeks the Labour Court overturned an earlier WRC Adjudicator’s decision (ADJ-00032324) that an employee was entitled to claim for retrospective payment of alleged underpayment of annual leave back to the date of his commencement of employment in 1999.
