Accessibility Toolkit and Assessment

Ibec’s Accessibility Toolkit and Workplace Accessibility and Inclusion Assessment Tool are now live for both Ibec members and non-members.

The Toolkit outlines key legal obligations for employers under Irish and EU law, alongside practical guidance and best practise case studies on fostering accessibility and inclusion in the workplace.

The Self-Assessment Tool allows organisations to benchmark how accessible their current practices are and identify areas for improvement across different parts of their business.

At Ibec, we are also on a journey and strive to continuously improve. If you notice any accessibility issues within these resources, or require any additional accommodations to access these tools, we welcome your feedback.
