Mentis One: The digital platform supporting mental health champions
Guest Contributor: Barbara Brennan, Mental Health Matters
With more organisations committing to workplace wellbeing and investing in training their mental health champions, there is a growing need to develop an ecosystem of support around them. In simple terms - many organisations train staff to become mental health supporters, but once they’re trained, there’s often no clear system to guide them or measure their impact.
Mentis One is a new digital platform created to support workplace mental health programmes, mental health champions, and the HR teams and managers who oversee them. It gives organisations a full framework to progress from “having champions” to developing a sustainable, connected team.
With this resource users can -
- Join a growing community of leaders shaping the future of mental health at work
- Access ready-to-use frameworks, conversation guides, and policy templates
- Get practical, sustainable support for everyone with a role in wellbeing
Developed by founder of Mental Health Matters and 2024 Outstanding Contribution to Wellbeing KeepWell award winner, Barbara Louise Brennan, Mentis One is now live offering a full suite of tools and training for mental health champions.
