
Annmarie McDonnell is a mother to 3 children. She has worked part time as the Job coach on the Traveller Employment Programme in Business in the Community Ireland since 2022. She has over ten years prior experience working with Travellers as a Local Training Initiative Assistant Co Ordinator. She has a degree in Community and Youth work from Maynooth University which she completed alongside her Mother in 2015.

Bridget Kelly is the manager of the Traveller apprenticeship incentivisation programme and has completed several pieces of research, mainly around her interest in advocating for labour market equality for Travellers. Bridget works closely with employers and industry stakeholders to support the inclusion of Travellers in apprenticeship pathways, helping to build more diverse, skilled, and equitable workforces.
