The BioPharmaChem Ireland D&I Forum in conjunction with BioPharmaChem Skillnet, is hosting an online information session focussing on practical solutions to support neuro-inclusive workplaces.
The one-hour webinar will feature presentations from Terry Gleeson of Specialisterne Ireland, a specialist consultancy which supports neurodivergent people into employment. Terry will provide strategies and solutions to create a more inclusive workplace.
Susan Costello, Network Director of BioPharmaChem Skillnet, will share insights into their award-winning Certificate in CPD in Neurodiversity in the Workplace programme. This will be followed by Linda Mulholland, HR Function Lead at APC, who will discuss her experiences completing the course and what learnings she applied in her own workplace.
The is the second session in the BioPharmaChem D&I Forum Neurodiversity Series, spearheaded by the BPCI D&I Steering Committee, which aims to raise awareness of Neurodiversity, and share practical solutions and workplace accommodations.
