The Recruiters Network is for members who are involved in a recruitment role within their organisation. The network also includes members involved in recruitment within a recruitment agency.

What you will learn

In this, the first meeting of the network in 2023 we will discuss two topics of relevance to recruiters:

- the art of headhunting

- the rights and entitlements of Agency Workers.

As always, the presentations will be followed by a Q&A session.

Arlene Sheridan, Business Director, Hays Ireland
Lorraine Parkes, Senior Executive, Employer Relations, Ibec

Arlene Sheridan will discuss the art of headhunting: how it is different to general recruitment, when it is necessary to adopt a headhunting recruitment approach and expert advice if you need to headhunt for a particular role in the future.

While Lorraine's presentation will focus on the rights and entitlements of Agency Workers particularly relating to Statutory Sick Pay.

Who should attend?

Any member involved in recruitment for their organisation.
