Ibec concern at new EU rules on transparent and predictable working conditions
Due to be transposed by August 2022, EU Directive 2019/1152, on Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions includes six-month limit on probationary periods, the right of an employee to request to be transferred to a form of work with more predictable and secure working condition and a ban on exclusivity clauses among other proposals.
