Overview
Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act employers are expected to complete risk assessments of identified hazards in the workplace that may affect the safety and health of employees and to put in place measure for the prevention and protection of employee’s safety and health.
This includes health protection which incorporates the prevention and control of infectious disease “As Far as is reasonably practicable.”
