Use of Ireland's central Gender Pay Gap Portal on track to become a mandatory legal requirement for in-scope employers starting November 2026
The Employment Equality (Gender Pay Gap Information) (Amendment) Bill has been prioritised for publication in the Government’s Autumn Legislative Programme. Its purpose is to clarify the legislative basis for employers to report their gender pay gap to the relevant Minister via a central online portal.
