Labour Court issues decision on first appeal of ‘Right to Request Remote Working’

In a recent decision under the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023, the Labour Court has upheld an Adjudication Officer's ruling of the WRC case ADJ-00052437, in favour of a technology company, dismissing an appeal by a former employee who was refused a fully remote working arrangement.
