WRC awards over €16,000 to employee not paid extra for working Sundays
The employee commenced employment in March 2007 with his employer, Onsite Facilities Management Ltd. He submitted a claimant form on 16 March 2022 to the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.
