Ibec's 10th National Workplace Wellbeing Day will take place on Friday 26th April 2024, and as a registered participant, you will be amongst the large number of companies publicly showing your commitment to the wellbeing of your staff.
National Workplace Wellbeing Day offers a moment to rebalance and refocus on supports that will benefit employees' social, mental, and physical wellbeing. It also offers companies a unique opportunity to celebrate and showcase all of the activities that they are putting in place for their employees throughout the year.
A successful workplace wellbeing program has far-reaching benefits, including improved employee health, heightened engagement, and increased productivity.

No, any company can sign up. We welcome organisations large and small, whether you are a private, public, or voluntary organisation. National Workplace Wellbeing Day is about celebrating your staff and promoting wellbeing supports in the workplace.
Visit our dedicated page on ‘what can you do?’ for some ideas and our ‘partner offers’ page for some free activities you can build into your plans for the day. You can also follow us on twitter @WellbeingDayIRL where we will be retweeting companies’ activities for 2024. You can check out last year’s #workwell23 feed to see what other companies got up to!
Yes. Head over to our ‘Resources to promote’ page where you will find a downloadable logo that you can use on your promotional materials.
We update the list daily so please be patient as it might take up to 24 hours for your company’s name to appear. Check back tomorrow and if it is not there you can contact us or add your company again.
Yes, all companies that sign up will receive a welcome email and we will communicate to you about available partner activities and competitions as they become available.
