Ibec Skills Survey - We need your views!

Ibec in partnership with Amárach Research has launched a flagship survey on the skills challenges impacting Irish companies. The survey looks at issues such as skills shortages, barriers to workforce development, and incentives for staff training. The survey is open for participation until 8 April and can be accessed here.

As employers across Ireland continue to struggle with talent shortages, this survey will provide important data and insights that will be used to inform Ibec policy positions and lobbying activities regarding the supports that businesses need to participate in workforce training and upskilling. This is your opportunity to influence the direction of investment in the skills and talent landscape in Ireland, to ensure an agile and effective workforce, capable of navigating future challenges and opportunities in a competitive global economy.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time, and a copy of the findings will be provided to all who submit a completed survey response. Your company may have already received a direct invitation to participate from Amárach Research who are conducting the survey on behalf of Ibec.
