Vicky is our member HR Strategy Specialist. Prior to Ibec, Vicky conceptualised and launched a People Experience service for members of EMA and the Business New Zealand Network (Ibec’s equivalent in NZ). She has also sat on the Executive Leadership team APAC for a Gold Class S&P and Fortune 500 technology company, leading programmes of work, such as culture transformation, sales enablement and business continuity. She challenges the status quo to create better workplaces, work practices, and workforces.
Nikki is a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland, specialising in executive coaching, leadership development, and culture transformation. She has over a decade of experience in commercial pharmaceuticals at Novo Nordisk and has worked across diverse sectors, including critical mineral mining and healthcare, supporting leaders to achieve meaningful change by facilitating the reciprocal relationship between wellbeing and performance.
Nikki lectures on evidence-based best practices at the University of Limerick and is the Founder of Coolehouse Consulting Limited, delivering coaching and organisational development services in Ireland, the UK, and the US. Her approach combines psychological expertise and practical insights to help leaders drive personal, team, and organisational growth.
Kieran Gilmurray is a real-world AI and Automation practitioner, with extensive board level experience. He’s walked the walk in a variety of sectors notably education, law, insurance, publishing and technology. Kieran has a voracious appetite for learning and curiosity that translates itself back into how to make businesses the best they can be. Kieran is someone who’s dedicated to cutting through the hype and noise giving businesses tangible insights and practical strategies for AI, Automation, Cloud and Data.
