We are delighted to announce the return of the Ibec Employment Law Conference to the Dublin Royal Convention Centre on Thursday, 23 April 2026. As we navigate a period of significant legislative change, this year’s theme “Trust and Transparency in an Evolving Workplace” addresses the core drivers reshaping the modern employment law landscape.
Bringing together over 400 senior HR professionals, in-house counsel, and private practitioners, this event offers a 360-degree review of employment law updates. Delegates will hear directly from Ibec’s team of experts who are actively influencing the development of Irish employment legislation.
This year’s agenda provides practical updates on the issues most critical to Irish employers, including a detailed briefing on the Pay Transparency Directive ahead of the June transposition deadline. Delegates will also explore the realities of managing protected disclosures, the legal impact of AI in the workplace and our signature review of the top five cases from the past year. Attendance qualifies for 5 hours of in-person CPD points.
